Taco Filling

Prepare the Chicken
In a bowl, mix olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breast and coat evenly. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet, warm the corn tortillas over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable.
Crunchy Slaw

Combine Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine shredded green cabbage, shredded carrot, thinly sliced red onion, and chopped cilantro.

Dress the Slaw
Drizzle lime juice over the slaw mixture and sprinkle with salt. Toss well to combine and refrigerate for 15 minutes before serving.
Poblano Salsa

Prepare the Salsa
In a medium bowl, combine roasted and diced poblano peppers, diced tomato, finely chopped red onion, chopped cilantro, and lime juice.

Add salt to taste and mix well. Set aside for flavors to meld.
Avocado Cream

In a bowl, mash the ripe avocado and mix it with sour cream, lime juice, and salt. Blend until smooth and creamy.
