Preheat the Oven

In a baking dish, place the block of feta cheese.

Prepare the Feta

Drizzle the honey and olive oil over the feta. Squeeze the lemon juice on top, and sprinkle with fresh thyme, Espelette pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Add the Toppings

Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, until the feta is soft and golden.

Bake the Feta

Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy with crusty bread or crackers.
