Prepare Breading
In a shallow dish, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Set aside.

Make Slaw
In a large bowl, combine shredded cabbage, grated carrot, mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, salt, and black pepper. Toss until well combined and set aside in the refrigerator to chill.
Spicy Aioli

Prepare Aioli
In a small bowl, mix together mayonnaise, sriracha sauce, lemon juice, and minced garlic. Adjust seasoning to taste and set aside.

Fry Chicken
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Remove chicken from marinade and allow excess liquid to drip off. Dredge each chicken breast in the prepared breading mixture, pressing to adhere. Fry in the hot oil for about 5-7 minutes per side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Build Sandwich
Toast burger buns lightly. Spread spicy aioli on the bottom bun, add fried chicken, slaw, sliced Granny Smith apples, and pickles. Top with the other half of the bun and serve immediately.
