Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Swordfish

Pat the Hawaiian swordfish fillets dry with paper towels to remove excess moisture.

  2. 2

    Season the Fish

In a small bowl, mix together the blackening spice blend, salt, and olive oil to create a paste. Rub this mixture generously over both sides of the swordfish fillets.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill

Preheat your hardwood grill to high heat (around 450°F to 500°F).

  4. 4

    Grill the Fish

Place the seasoned swordfish fillets on the hot grill. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the fillets are charred and cooked through. The fish should flake easily with a fork.

  5. 5

    Add Lime Juice

Once cooked, remove the swordfish from the grill and drizzle fresh lime juice over the top while it’s still hot.

  6. 6

    Garnish and Serve

Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley over the grilled swordfish before serving. Enjoy your dish hot!
