Crepe Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Crepe Batter

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, milk, eggs, vanilla extract, and salt. Whisk until smooth and well combined. Let the batter rest for 30 minutes for the best results.

  2. 2

    Cook the Crepes

Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and melt 1/2 tablespoon of butter in the pan. Pour about 1/4 cup of the crepe batter into the skillet, swirling to coat the bottom evenly. Cook for about 1-2 minutes, until the edges begin to lift and the bottom is lightly browned. Flip the crepe and cook for an additional minute. Remove from the skillet and repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter as needed.

Filling the Crepes

  1. 3

    Fill the Crepes

Spread approximately 2 tablespoons of Nutella onto one half of each crepe. Slice the bananas and place them over the Nutella. Fold the crepe in half over the filling.

Serving

  1. 4

    Add Toppings

Top each filled crepe with a generous dollop of whipped cream. You can also drizzle some extra Nutella over the top for added flavor, if desired.

  2. 5

    Serve

Serve the Nutella crepes warm, and enjoy your delicious dessert!
