Method

Preparation of Fruits

  1. 1

    Juicing the Fruits

Start by washing the limes, oranges, and pineapple thoroughly. Cut the limes and oranges in half. Squeeze the juice from the limes (about 1/2 cup of juice) and oranges (about 1 cup of juice) into a large mixing bowl. For the pineapple, peel it, remove the core, and cut it into small chunks, then blend it until smooth.

Mixing the Drink

  1. 2

    Combine Ingredients

In the same mixing bowl with the fruit juices, add the agave syrup and honey. Stir well to combine the sweeteners with the juices.

  2. 3

    Add Cold Water

Pour in the cold water and stir until the mixture is well combined.

  3. 4

    Add Sparkling Water

Gently stir in the sparkling water to add fizz to the drink. Be careful not to stir too vigorously to avoid losing the carbonation.

Serving the Drink

  1. 5

    Prepare Glasses

In each serving glass, add a few ice cubes and some mint leaves for garnish.

  2. 6

    Pour and Enjoy

Pour the prepared juice mixture over the ice and mint in each glass. Serve immediately and enjoy your refreshing Mortero de Jugo!
