Prepare the Seafood
In a medium bowl, combine the crab meat and prawns. If using raw prawns, cook them in boiling water for 2-3 minutes until they turn pink, then drain and let cool.

Toast the Muffins
Split the English muffins in half and toast them until golden brown. You can use a toaster or broil them in the oven for a few minutes.

Heat the Hollandaise Sauce
If using store-bought hollandaise sauce, gently warm it in a small saucepan over low heat. If making homemade, prepare according to your recipe.

Assemble the Dish
On each toasted muffin half, spread a generous layer of mashed avocado. Top with the crab and prawn mixture. Drizzle the warm hollandaise sauce over the seafood.

Sprinkle fresh dill on top for garnish and serve with lemon wedges on the side for squeezing over the dish.
