Salad Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Romaine
Wash the romaine lettuce under cold water, then chop it into bite-sized pieces. Dry the lettuce using a salad spinner or paper towels.
- 2
Grill the Chicken
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F). Remove from heat and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
- 3
Add Parmesan and Croutons
Once the chicken is sliced, add the chopped romaine to a large salad bowl. Top with sliced grilled chicken, parmesan cheese, and croutons.
Dressing Preparation
- 4
Make the Caesar Dressing
In a medium bowl, combine mayonnaise, minced garlic, anchovy paste, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, and Dijon mustard. Whisk together until smooth and well combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 5
Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine, ensuring all the ingredients are well coated.
