Blend the Ingredients
In a blender, combine the white rum, coconut cream, pineapple juice, fresh pineapple chunks, and ice cubes. Blend on high speed until all ingredients are smooth and frothy.

Take a chilled cocktail glass and set it aside for serving.

Pour the blended mixture into the prepared cocktail glass. Top with a maraschino cherry, a slice of pineapple, and sprinkle with toasted coconut flakes for decoration.
