Nachos al Carbon Ingredients

Method

Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fajita Meat

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the fajita meat with salt, black pepper, and cumin. Cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and slice into strips.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Nachos

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). On a baking sheet, place the triangle tostadas in a single layer. Spread a layer of refried beans over each tostada, followed by a generous sprinkle of shredded cheese. Top with the cooked fajita meat strips.

  3. 3

    Bake the Nachos

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  4. 4

    Add Toppings and Serve

Once baked, remove the nachos from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, a dollop of sour cream, and guacamole. Serve immediately.
