Infuse the Vodka
In a jar, combine 1 bottle of Absolut Citron Vodka with half a cucumber, sliced. Let it infuse in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.

Prepare the Sour Mix
To make the housemade sour mix, combine 1 cup of fresh lemon juice, 1 cup of simple syrup, and stir well. Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.

Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds to mix and chill the ingredients.

Strain into Glass
Strain the mixture into a chilled cocktail glass.
Garnishing

Add Garnish
Garnish the cocktail with 5 mint leaves and a slice of watermelon on the rim of the glass for an added touch.
