Prepare the Glass
Chill a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Let it sit while you prepare the cocktail.
Mix the Ingredients
In a mixing glass, combine the Żubrówka vodka, Lillet Blanc, and Dolin dry vermouth.
Add Ice
Fill the mixing glass with ice and stir well for about 30 seconds until chilled.
Strain and Serve
Discard the ice water from the chilled cocktail glass. Strain the mixture into the glass.
Garnish
Express the oils of the lemon twist over the drink and drop it in as a garnish.
