Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Lobster

Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat. In a small bowl, mix melted butter, minced garlic, and lemon juice. Cut the lobster tails down the middle, and brush the mixture over the meat. Season with salt and pepper.

  2. 2

    Cook the Lobster

Place the lobster tails on the grill or in the oven, meat side up. Grill for about 8-10 minutes, basting with the butter mixture until the meat is opaque and cooked through.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Filet Mignon

While the lobster is cooking, season the filet mignon with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Let it sit for about 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.

  4. 4

    Cook the Filet Mignon

In a hot skillet or on the grill, cook the filet mignon for 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or to your desired doneness.

  5. 5

    Serve

Plate the lobster tails alongside the filet mignon. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top and garnish with fresh parsley.
