Preparation
1. Prepare the Lamb Chops
In a bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Rub this mixture all over the lamb chops and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
2. Cook the Lamb Chops
