Preparation

  1. 1

    Prepare the Seafood

Start by thawing the Alaskan king crab legs and lobster tails if frozen. Rinse the oysters under cold water and scrub the shells. Peel and devein the gulf prawns.

  2. 2

    Cook the Lobster and Crab

In a large pot, bring water to a boil. Add the lobster tails and crab legs to the pot. Boil for about 8-10 minutes for the lobster tails and 5-7 minutes for the crab legs. Remove and drain.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Oysters

Serve the oysters raw on a platter with a squeeze of lemon juice and a sprinkle of salt and pepper.

  4. 4

    Cook the Prawns

In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the prawns and cook for 3-4 minutes until they turn pink. Season with salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Arrange the crab legs, lobster tails, prawns, and oysters on a large platter. Garnish with chopped parsley and lemon wedges. Serve immediately.
