Prepare the Salmon
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Season the salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Place them on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until cooked through.

Prepare the Salad
While the salmon is baking, wash and chop the romaine lettuce. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine, roasted red peppers, and croutons.

Assemble the Salad
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the oven and let it cool slightly. Flake the salmon into bite-sized pieces and add it to the salad mixture. Drizzle the anchovy Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.

Garnish the salad with grated Parmesan cheese and serve immediately.
