Chill the Glass
Begin by chilling a cocktail glass by filling it with ice water. Set aside while you prepare the cocktail.

In a cocktail shaker, combine the Belle de Brillet, Cointreau, and fresh lemon juice.

Fill the shaker with ice cubes. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled.

Garnish with a twist of lemon peel on top. Serve immediately.
