Shrimp Marinade

Method

Shrimp Preparation

  1. 1

    Marinate the Shrimp

In a bowl, combine the olive oil, minced garlic, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Add the shrimp and toss to coat evenly. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Shrimp

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Skewer the marinated shrimp or place them directly on the grill. Grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from the grill and set aside.

Salad Assembly

  1. 3

    Prepare the Salad Base

In a large serving bowl, combine the chopped lettuce, diced tomato, sliced green bell pepper, and sliced red bell pepper. Toss gently to mix the vegetables evenly.

  2. 4

    Add Shrimp and Cheese

Top the salad base with the grilled shrimp and sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the top. Serve immediately.
