Cook Ground Beef
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground beef. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook until browned and fully cooked, about 8-10 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Prepare Filling
In a bowl, mix the cooked ground beef with refried beans, shredded chicken, and red sauce. Stir until well combined.
Assembling Quesadillas

Lay one flour tortilla on a flat surface. Sprinkle about 1/4 cup of shredded cheese on one half of the tortilla. Spoon about 1/2 cup of the filling mixture over the cheese, then top with another 1/4 cup of cheese. Fold the tortilla in half to cover the filling.

Cook Quesadilla
In a clean skillet over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Once hot, carefully place the folded quesadilla in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until the tortilla is golden brown and the cheese has melted. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling.

Slice and Serve
Once cooked, remove the quesadilla from the skillet and let it cool for a minute. Slice into wedges and serve warm with additional red sauce on the side for dipping.
