Cook the Pork

Prepare the Pork
Season the pork shoulder with salt, ground cumin, ground black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Rub the spices evenly over the meat.

Slow Cook the Pork
Place the seasoned pork shoulder in a slow cooker. Add orange juice, lime juice, and bay leaves. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.

Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Discard any excess fat and bay leaves.
Assemble the Tacos

Warm the Tortillas
In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until they are pliable.

Fill the Tacos
Place a generous amount of shredded pork in the center of each tortilla.

Add Toppings
Top the pork with chopped onion, chopped cilantro, sliced radishes, and avocado slices. Add a dollop of sour cream if desired.

Serve
Serve the tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top before eating.
