Tortillas

Mix Dry Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and baking powder. Whisk together until well mixed.

Pour in the water and vegetable oil. Mix with a spoon or your hands until a dough forms.

Knead the Dough
Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.

Roll Out the Tortillas
Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces. Roll each piece out into a thin circle, approximately 8 inches in diameter.

Cook the Tortillas
Heat a skillet over medium heat. Cook each tortilla for about 1-2 minutes on each side until lightly browned and cooked through.

Stir and Heat
Stir the mixture continuously until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. Remove from heat.
Tomatillo Salsa

Combine Ingredients
In a mixing bowl, combine chopped tomatillos, onion, cilantro, lime juice, and salt.

Stir the ingredients together until well combined. Let sit for 10 minutes for flavors to meld.
Red Sauce

In a saucepan, combine the tomato sauce, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, and salt.

Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until warmed through. Remove from heat.
