Fonduta Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fonduta

In a large mixing bowl, combine the mozzarella, Asiago, Parmesan, and Fontina cheeses. Add cooked Graziano sausage and chopped roasted red peppers. Toss to mix evenly.

  2. 2

    Bake the Cheese Mixture

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Transfer the cheese mixture to a greased baking dish, spreading it evenly. Drizzle with olive oil and season with garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

  3. 3

    Bake

Bake in the preheated oven for about 25-30 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden brown on top.

  4. 4

    Prepare the Italian Toast

While the fonduta is baking, slice the Italian bread into thick slices. Brush each side with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toast the slices in a skillet over medium heat until golden and crispy.

  5. 5

    Serve

Once the fonduta is ready, remove it from the oven. Serve hot with the toasted Italian bread on the side for dipping.
