1. Prepare the Sirloin

Season the sirloin steak with salt and black pepper on both sides.

2. Cook the Sirloin

In a skillet over medium-high heat, add butter or oil. Once hot, add the seasoned sirloin steak and cook for about 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare, or longer if desired. Remove from heat and let rest.

3. Prepare the Eggs

In the same skillet, crack the eggs and cook them to your liking (scrambled, fried, etc.).

4. Cook the Hash Browns

If using frozen hash browns, follow package instructions. Alternatively, cook freshly grated potatoes in the skillet until golden and crispy.

5. Toast/Biscuit

Toast the bread or bake the biscuits as per package instructions.

6. Serve

Plate the sirloin steak, eggs, hash browns, and toast/biscuit. Serve with gravy on the side.
