Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Chicken Wings

In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Toss until evenly coated.

  3. 3

    Arrange on Baking Sheet

Place the chicken wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Cooking the Wings

  1. 4

    Bake the Wings

Bake the chicken wings in the preheated oven for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Making the Sauces

  1. 5

    BBQ Sauce

In a saucepan, mix together ketchup, apple cider vinegar, brown sugar, smoked paprika, and Worcestershire sauce over medium heat. Stir until well combined and heated through.

  2. 6

    Buffalo Sauce

In a small saucepan, melt the butter and then mix in the hot sauce and garlic powder. Stir until smooth and heated through.

  3. 7

    Garlic Parmesan Sauce

In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, add minced garlic, and sauté until fragrant. Stir in grated parmesan and chopped parsley until well combined.

  4. 8

    Honey Mustard Sauce

In a bowl, whisk together honey and Dijon mustard until smooth.

Tossing the Wings

  1. 9

    Coat the Wings

Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and place them in a large bowl. Pour your choice of sauce over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
