Main Ingredients

Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Prep the Spinach

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water. Remove any tough stems and roughly chop the leaves.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Artichokes

If using canned artichoke hearts, drain and rinse them under cold water. If using frozen, thaw and chop them into small pieces.

  3. 3

    Mix the Base

In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, sour cream, and mayonnaise. Use a hand mixer or spatula to blend until smooth.

  4. 4

    Add Remaining Ingredients

Stir in the chopped spinach, artichoke hearts, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Cooking

  1. 5

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 25-30 minutes until heated through and bubbly on top.

Serving

  1. 6

    Serve with Chips and Veggies

Once baked, remove the spinach dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with tortilla chips and vegetable sticks for dipping.
