Preparation of Ingredients

  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Wash and dry the mixed greens thoroughly. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds, chop the onion finely, and dice the tomatoes. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Shrimp

In a bowl, season the shrimp with salt and pepper. You may also add a pinch of garlic powder if desired.

  3. 3

    Chop the Walnuts

Using a sharp knife, chop the walnuts into smaller pieces. Set aside.

Cooking and Assembling the Salad

  1. 4

    Grill the Shrimp

Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned shrimp and grill for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and opaque. Remove from heat and let them cool slightly.

  2. 5

    Assemble the Salad

In a large salad bowl, combine the mixed greens, cucumber slices, chopped onions, diced tomatoes, and grilled shrimp. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and mixed cheese on top.

  3. 6

    Dress the Salad

Drizzle the raspberry vinaigrette over the assembled salad. Toss gently to combine all ingredients without bruising the greens.

  4. 7

    Serve

Divide the salad into individual serving bowls or plates and serve immediately.
