Method
Prepare the Chicken

Season the Chicken
In a bowl, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts and coat them evenly with the mixture. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Make the Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a small bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
Assemble the Salad

Prepare the Salad Base
Chop the Romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces and place in a large salad bowl. Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl along with the croutons.

Add the Chicken
Slice the cooked chicken breasts and add them to the salad bowl.

Dress the Salad
Drizzle the prepared Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. Top with grated Parmesan cheese.

Assemble the Salad with Shrimp
Instead of chicken, add the cooked shrimp to the salad and proceed with dressing and serving as normal.
