Method

Preparing the Chicken

  1. 1

    Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chicken breasts, ensuring they are coated in the marinade. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.

  2. 2

    Grill the Chicken

Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Grill the marinated chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through. Ensure the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C). Remove from grill and let rest.

  3. 3

    Slice the Chicken

Once rested, slice the grilled chicken into strips.

Making the Dressing

  1. 4

    Combine Ingredients

In a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, anchovy paste, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

Assembling the Salad

  1. 5

    Prepare the Salad Base

Chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Slice the cucumber and halve the cherry tomatoes.

  2. 6

    Combine Ingredients

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and sliced grilled chicken.

  3. 7

    Add Dressing

Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss well to coat all ingredients.

  4. 8

    Add Toppings

Top the salad with croutons and sprinkle parmesan cheese on top.
