1. Prepare the Mixture
In a large bowl, combine the ground lamb, chopped onion, minced garlic, chopped parsley, cumin, coriander, paprika, salt, black pepper, and cinnamon. Mix well until all ingredients are fully combined.
2. Form the Koftas
Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape each portion around a skewer into a long sausage shape. Make sure the mixture is firmly packed onto the skewer.
3. Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Brush the grill with olive oil to prevent sticking.
4. Grill the Koftas
Place the skewers on the grill and cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until they are browned and cooked through. The internal temperature should reach 70°C (160°F).
5. Serve
Remove the koftas from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with pita bread, yogurt sauce, or your favorite sides.
