Bread Pudding Preparation

Prepare the Bread Pudding
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish. Tear the stale bread into bite-sized pieces and place in the baking dish.

In a saucepan, heat the milk and heavy cream over medium heat until warm. Remove from heat and stir in the chopped white chocolate until melted and smooth.

Pour the egg mixture over the bread and gently press down to ensure the bread is soaked. Fold in the blueberries.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.
Praline Sauce Preparation

Make the Praline Sauce
In a saucepan over medium heat, combine brown sugar, heavy cream, and butter. Stir until the mixture comes to a boil.

Reduce heat and let simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally until thickened.

Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract and chopped pecans. Let cool slightly before serving.
