Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Preheat the Oven

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

  2. 2

    Prepare the Baguette

Slice the baguette into 1-inch thick slices and arrange them on a baking sheet.

Cooking the Dip

  1. 3

    Cook the Spinach

In a large skillet over medium heat, add the fresh spinach and sauté until wilted, about 3-4 minutes. Remove from heat and chop finely.

  2. 4

    Mix the Ingredients

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, shredded mozzarella, and grated parmesan. Mix until smooth. Stir in the chopped spinach, drained artichoke hearts (chopped), minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes until well combined.

Baking

  1. 5

    Bake the Dip

Transfer the dip mixture to an oven-safe baking dish and spread evenly. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the top is golden and bubbly.

Toasting the Baguette

  1. 6

    Toast the Baguette Slices

While the dip is baking, toast the baguette slices in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until they are crispy and golden brown.

Serving

  1. 7

    Serve

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool slightly. Serve warm with toasted baguette slices.
