Meatballs Preparation

Combine Ingredients
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground turkey, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, egg, salt, and black pepper. Mix until all ingredients are well combined.

Form Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs about 1 inch in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake Meatballs
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs for 20-25 minutes, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
Spaghetti Cooking

Boil Water
In a large pot, bring 4 quarts of water to a boil. Add 1 tablespoon of salt to the boiling water.

Cook Spaghetti
Add the spaghetti to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions until al dente, usually about 8-10 minutes.

Drain Spaghetti
Once cooked, drain the spaghetti in a colander and set aside.

Add Milk
Gradually whisk in the milk, stirring constantly until the mixture thickens, about 5-7 minutes.

Finish Sauce
Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, chopped rosemary, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the cheese has melted and the sauce is creamy.
Assembly

Combine Spaghetti and Meatballs
In a large serving bowl, combine the drained spaghetti and turkey meatballs. Pour the rosemary Parmesan sauce over the top and toss gently to coat.

Serve immediately, garnished with additional grated Parmesan and rosemary if desired.
