Preparing the Mushrooms

Prepare the Coating
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, cornstarch, salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create an even coating.

Coat the Mushrooms
Dredge the cleaned mushrooms in the flour mixture until they are well coated. Shake off any excess flour.
Frying the Mushrooms

Heat Oil
In a deep frying pan, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat until it reaches 180°C (350°F).

Fry the Mushrooms
Carefully add the coated mushrooms to the hot oil in batches, frying them for about 3-4 minutes or until golden brown. Use a slotted spoon to remove them and drain on paper towels.
Preparing the Garlic Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a small saucepan, warm the olive oil over low heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.

Finish the Sauce
Remove from heat and stir in the chopped fresh parsley and a pinch of salt. Set aside.
Serving the Dish

Plate the Dish
On a serving platter, arrange the fried mushrooms. Drizzle the garlic sauce generously over them.

Sprinkle the grated Parmesan cheese over the top of the mushrooms and serve immediately.
