Wash the romaine lettuce thoroughly under cold water. Tear the leaves into bite-sized pieces and place them in a large salad bowl.

Peel and finely mince the garlic clove.
Making the Dressing

Combine Dressing Ingredients
In a small bowl or jar, combine olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, black pepper, and grated Parmesan cheese. Whisk until smooth and well combined.

Taste the dressing and adjust the seasoning if necessary, adding more salt or pepper to taste.
