Prepare the Shrimp

Marinate the Shrimp
In a medium bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, chili powder, cumin, paprika, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Mix well. Add the shrimp to the bowl and toss until evenly coated. Cover and let marinate in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.

Cook the Shrimp
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the marinated shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until the shrimp are pink and opaque. Remove from heat.
Assemble the Tacos

Prepare the Tortillas
Heat the soft taco tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side, or until warm and pliable.

Fill the Tacos
On each tortilla, place a handful of shredded red cabbage, followed by a portion of the cooked shrimp. Top with sliced avocado, chopped cilantro, and a dollop of sour cream or Greek yogurt.

Serve the filled tacos with lime wedges on the side for squeezing over the top. Enjoy your delicious shrimp tacos!
