Prepare Chicken
- 1
Marinate Chicken
In a bowl, combine the olive oil, chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and lime juice. Add the chicken breasts and coat them well. Cover and let marinate for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- 2
Grill Chicken
Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, place the marinated chicken on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C). Remove from heat and let rest for a few minutes before slicing.

Warm Corn Tortillas
In a dry skillet over medium heat, warm the corn tortillas for about 30 seconds on each side until pliable. Keep them warm in a clean kitchen towel.

Slice the grilled chicken into strips. Place a portion of the chicken in the center of each tortilla. Top with chopped cilantro, diced tomatoes, sliced avocado, and a dollop of sour cream.
- 5
