Prepare the Ingredients
Chop the onion, bell pepper, and tomato into small pieces. Mince the garlic cloves.

- 3
- 4
Season the Mixture
Stir in the black beans, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. Remove from heat.
Assembly

Prepare the Tortillas
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over low heat for about 30 seconds on each side to make them pliable.
- 6
Fill the Tortillas
Lay each tortilla flat and spoon a portion of the beef and bean mixture in the center. Top with shredded cheese, lettuce, diced tomato, and sour cream.
- 7
Roll the Burrito
Fold in the sides of the tortilla and then roll it from the bottom up to encase the filling. Repeat with the remaining tortillas.
