Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Beef Patty
Season the Angus beef patty with salt and black pepper. Form it into a round patty and ensure it's slightly larger than the bun.
- 2
Grill the Patty
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Add a tablespoon of olive oil to lightly grease the grill. Grill the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, or until desired doneness is reached.
- 3
Add the Swiss Cheese
During the last minute of grilling, place the slice of Swiss cheese on top of the patty and close the grill lid to melt the cheese.
- 4
Sauté the Mushrooms
In a skillet over medium heat, add a tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the baby portabella mushrooms until they're tender, about 5-7 minutes.
- 5
Assemble the Burger
Place the grilled beef patty with melted Swiss on the bottom half of the burger bun. Top with sautéed mushrooms, crispy onion rings, and horseradish aioli. Add the top half of the bun.
- 6
Serve with Fries
Serve the steakhouse burger with a side of fries.
