Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the refrigerator and let them sit at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking. This ensures even cooking.

  2. 2

    Season the Steaks

Rub the steaks with olive oil and season both sides with kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and fresh rosemary.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Skillet

Preheat your grill or a cast-iron skillet over high heat for about 10 minutes until it's very hot.

  4. 4

    Cook the Steaks

Place the steaks on the grill or skillet and cook for 4-5 minutes on one side for medium-rare. Flip the steaks and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

  5. 5

    Add Butter

In the final minute of cooking, add butter on top of the steaks and allow it to melt, basting the steaks with the melted butter.

  6. 6

    Rest the Steaks

Remove the steaks from the grill or skillet and let them rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. This helps retain the juices.

  7. 7

    Serve

Slice the steaks against the grain and serve immediately. Enjoy your Certified Angus Beef steaks!
