Directions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Tuna Poke

In a bowl, combine the diced sushi-grade tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, Thai chili, and jalapeño. Toss gently and let marinate for about 15 minutes.

  2. 2

    Make the Sriracha Lime Mayo

In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and lime juice until well combined. Adjust the sriracha to taste if you prefer more heat.

  3. 3

    Fry the Wontons

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry the wonton wrappers in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 1-2 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.

  4. 4

    Assemble the Stack

On a serving plate, layer the marinated tuna poke and then the jumbo lump crab meat. Top with diced strawberries for sweetness and drizzle with the sriracha lime mayo.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Serve the tuna and crab stack with fried wontons on the side for a crunchy contrast.
