Prepare the Pasta
In a large pot of salted boiling water, cook the bucatini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Sauté the Aromatics
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and crushed red pepper flakes. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add the Tomatoes and Wine
Pour in the canned San Marzano tomatoes and white wine. Stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and let cook for 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Combine with Pasta
Add the cooked bucatini and crab meat to the skillet. Toss gently to combine, ensuring the pasta is well coated with the sauce.

Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley, and serve immediately.
