Dungeness Crab Recipe

Cooking Instructions

   Prepare the Pot

   In a large pot, add water and salt. Bring to a rolling boil.

   Cook the Crab

   Once the water is boiling, carefully add the Dungeness crab clusters to the pot. Cover and boil for about 8-10 minutes for 2 clusters, or 12-15 minutes for 3 clusters.

   Drain and Serve

   Using tongs, remove the crab clusters from the pot and let them drain. Serve hot with lemon wedges and drawn butter.
