Boil Hibiscus Flowers
In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Once boiling, add 1 cup of dried hibiscus flowers, reduce the heat to low, and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.

Strain the Mixture
After simmering, turn off the heat and let the mixture cool slightly. Then, strain the liquid into a pitcher using a fine mesh strainer to remove the hibiscus flowers.

Add Lime Juice
Once the sugar has dissolved, add 1 cup of lime juice to the pitcher. Stir well to combine all the flavors.

Chill the Drink
Refrigerate the mixture for at least 1 hour or until completely chilled.
Serving

Serve Over Ice
Fill glasses with ice cubes (about 1/3 to 1/2 full), then pour the chilled hibiscus drink over the ice.
