In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, diced onion, minced garlic, cumin, chili powder, salt, black pepper, and chopped cilantro. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.

Take a tortilla, spoon about 1/4 cup of the chicken filling onto the center, and roll it tightly. Place the rolled enchilada seam-side down in a greased baking dish. Repeat with the remaining tortillas and filling.
