Cheeseburgers

House Seasoned Fries

Method

Cheeseburgers

  1. 1

    Prepare the Patties

In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Mix gently until just combined.

  2. 2

    Form the Patties

Divide the mixture into equal parts and shape them into patties, about 1/2 inch thick.

  3. 3

    Cook the Patties

Preheat a skillet or grill over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheddar cheese on each patty and cover the skillet or grill until the cheese is melted.

  5. 5

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked patty on the hamburger bun. Add lettuce, tomato slices, pickles, ketchup, and mustard as desired.

House Seasoned Fries

  1. 6

    Prepare the Fries

Preheat the oven according to the frozen fries package instructions.

  2. 7

    Season the Fries

In a bowl, toss the frozen French fries with olive oil, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.

  3. 8

    Bake the Fries

Spread the seasoned fries in a single layer on a baking sheet and bake according to package instructions, typically for about 20-25 minutes, or until crispy and golden.
