Ingredients

0.13 lb (2 oz)Poblano infused tequila

0.06 lb (1 oz)Mezcal

0.06 lb (1 oz)Chareau (aloe liqueur)

0.06 lb (1 oz)ReaLime juice

0.03 lb (0.5 oz)Agave syrup

0.25 lb (4 oz)Ginger beer

1 to taste Lime wedge (for garnish)

1 to taste Poblano slice (for garnish)

Directions

1. Prepare the Glass

Fill a copper mug or glass with ice to chill.

2. Mix the Ingredients

In a cocktail shaker, combine the poblano infused tequila, mezcal, Chareau, lime juice, and agave syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until chilled.

3. Combine with Ginger Beer

Strain the mixture into the prepared glass filled with ice. Top with ginger beer and stir gently to combine.

4. Garnish

Garnish with a lime wedge and a slice of poblano for an extra kick.

5. Serve
