Method

Preparation

  1. 1

    Boil the Eggs

Place the eggs in a saucepan and cover them with water. Bring to a boil over medium heat, then cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 12 minutes.

  2. 2

    Peel and Halve

Transfer the eggs to an ice bath to cool. Once cool, peel the eggs and slice them in half lengthwise.

  3. 3

    Prepare the Filling

Remove the yolks from the egg halves and place them in a mixing bowl. Mash the yolks with a fork and mix in the mayonnaise, Lusty Monk Mustard, salt, and black pepper until smooth.

  4. 4

    Fill the Eggs

Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.

  5. 5

    Add Toppings

Chop the candied bacon and sprinkle it over the filled eggs. Drizzle with Crystal hot sauce syrup and sprinkle paprika on top.

  6. 6
