    Chill the Glass

    Begin by chilling your martini glass in the freezer for about 10 minutes.

    Mix the Ingredients

    In a cocktail shaker filled with ice, pour in the chemist gin or vodka and the house marinated olive brine. Shake or stir well until the mixture is chilled.

    Strain and Serve

    Remove the chilled glass from the freezer. Strain the mixture from the shaker into the martini glass.

    Garnish

    Skewer the bleu cheese stuffed olives on a cocktail pick and place it into the martini glass as a garnish.
