Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Gnocchi

Cook the gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Blister the Tomatoes

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the grape tomatoes and cook until they are blistered, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.

  3. 3

    Brown the Butter

In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium, and add the butter. Cook until it turns golden brown and has a nutty aroma, about 3-5 minutes.

  4. 4

    Make the Sauce

Add the minced garlic to the browned butter and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Pour in the vodka and let it simmer for 2-3 minutes. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 3-5 minutes until the sauce thickens slightly.

  5. 5

    Combine Ingredients

Add the cooked gnocchi and blistered tomatoes back to the skillet. Toss gently to coat with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the gnocchi, drizzle with extra sauce if desired, and top with shaved Parmesan and fresh basil. Enjoy!
