Making the Pasta Dough

Prepare the Dough
In a large bowl, combine all-purpose flour and salt. Make a well in the center and add eggs and olive oil. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms. Knead on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth. Wrap in plastic wrap and let rest for 30 minutes.

In a bowl, combine the braised veal, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, chopped basil, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
Forming the Raviolini

Roll Out the Dough
Roll out the rested dough into thin sheets using a pasta machine or a rolling pin. Cut into squares about 2 inches in size.

Fill the Raviolini
Place a small teaspoon of filling in the center of each square. Moisten the edges with water, fold the dough over to form a triangle, and press to seal. Repeat with remaining dough and filling.
Cooking the Sauce

Prepare the Sauce
In a skillet over medium heat, add olive oil and minced garlic. Sauté until fragrant. Add halved cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper. Cook for about 10 minutes until tomatoes soften.
